Step tiles of the Museum

Not only is the art collection at the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen exceptional, but the building itself is also quite spectacular. The red brick museum was designed by the municipal architect Van der Steur and survived the 1940 bombardment.

The project concerned the restoration of the step tiles. The most important requirements were that the new tiles had to be indistinguishable from the old and had to be delivered under a tight schedule. After carrying out many tests, we succeeded in supplying a matching and wear-resistant product within the required time.
